let's roll

given how ny and bike crazy i am, it's pretty unbelievable i hadn't heard about this project before. the city's creatives on their bikes - it's genius. speaking of under the radar, i can't believe i hadn't come across col.lages yet either - where i found the link to downtownfrombehind. it's a pretty nifty blog, so check it out.

a room for living

for the longest time, i've avoided bringing any color into our place, but ever since i saw how lively a colorful library had made our living room, i've fully embraced the power of well executed touches of bright hues. i still like to keep a - literally - blank canvas, but i'm a big fan of how green and yellow currently bring a bit of summer into the house.

home sweet home

i love this way of arranging nail polish, and i think having them out in the open would encourage me to switch it up more often.

me and my crew

now this is what i call color coordinating for fall.

origami galore at onitsuka tiger's exhibition space

the coolest sunglasses ever

i love summer in berlin: bread and butter, premium, loads of inspiration and aperol spritz.

girls on bikes

i want to be one of phillip lim's girls on bikes.

anya darling

you always know how to find my weak spot.

statement 2.0

i fell head over heels for this necklace, can already imagine all the friggin' simple gray sweaters in my closet i would wear it with, and yet this tom binns remains as unattainable as ever.

maison margiela

the maison martin margiela by l'atelier d'exercices collection blows my mind. where do i sign up for the trompe l'oeil door sticker and stainless steel champagne bucket?

the mudam in luxemburg is definitely worth a visit, if you happen to pass through the city this summer. nice selection of modern art, and a good gift shop to boot.

kaufmann mercantile

kaufmann mercantile is my kind of store - taking modern heritage to another level.

the watch list

these are on my summer to-see list. any others i should add?

fer & dubois

i recently discovered belgian design duo fer & dubois via yves drieghe from not too arty, and instantly fell in love with their side tables. there's something about the combination of metal & wood that gets my heart beating just a little faster.

fanatic collectors

well this should speak to every fellow ocd character out there. belgian lighting company modular hijacked a shopping window in bruges to showcase 6500 pens from a private collection. 'things neatly organized' goes 'things well lit.'

foodie dreams

with these temperatures, i find myself craving fresh, green and zesty food. and popsicles. lots of popsicles. the recipes above are from my favorite foodie sites and definitely on my 'to try' list this summer.
zucchini fritters by eatmakeread;  white radish and pea mash sandwich by sunday suppers; mint limeade by bitchincamero; and cocktail popsicles by bakers royale.
