what i loved most about los angeles was discovering nooks and corners that were really lovely in an unexpected way, like this plaza in silverlake that was painted in bright yellow polkadots. we just had to stop the car and park to admire it from up close.

ik vind dergelijke "spots" nog altijd vrij raar! op Times Square weet ik nog altijd niet waar ik nu mag lopen en waar niet! het zijn eigenlijke kleine concrete oases tussen de drukke wegen! vind het hilarisch, maar heb mij nog nooit op zo'n stoel durven zetten, it is out of my comfort zone!
